$107,900 - $195,050 per year.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years in systems engineering, software engineering, test engineering, or a similar field.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain TS clearance.
- Experience working in a SIL environment.
- Experience with SysML, ideally using Cameo or MagicDraw.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to contribute effectively in one-on-one and small-group settings.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities at once.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active TS clearance.
- Familiarity with Agile methods, especially Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- OCSMP certification.
- Experience with executable SysML simulation and scripting languages.
- Experience with MBSE approaches such as MagicGrid.
- Understanding of military CONOPS.
- Experience leading other systems engineers.
Responsibilities
- Use MBSE methods and tools to develop system architectures for new programs and integrate capabilities into test or fielded hardware.
- Support the Solution Architect or Principal Investigator by aligning solution architecture with customer requirements.
- Work with existing models and create new ones to represent emerging systems.
- Capture, decompose, and trace system‑level requirements.
- Analyze, define, and refine architectures and interfaces.
- Develop system structure and behavior models.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders and software, test, mechanical, and electrical teams.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Assist technical leadership by preparing briefing materials.
- Provide direct support across a diverse portfolio of programs.
- Help customers develop advanced technology that supports warfighters in the field.
