Qualifications

• Degree in Business or equivalent typically required.
• Progressive underwriting experience 2.5+ years.
• CPCU or professional insurance designation preferred.
• Analytical ability to evaluate underwriting risks across mobility lines.
• Understanding of complex technical underwriting issues and processes.
• Proven track record of profitable underwriting

Responsibilities

• Evaluate complex, unusual, or high‑value mobility risks, including rideshare, delivery fleets, autonomous vehicle tech.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, brokers, and mobility partners to develop and underwrite profitable business.
• Underwrite policies within delegated authority and make data‑driven decisions on risk and pricing.
• Represent Liberty Mutual and build relationships with brokers, agents, tech providers, platform operators.
• Strengthen existing relationships and develop new ones to generate opportunities.
• Identify impact of evolving mobility models on underwriting decisions and portfolio performance.
• Communicate exposure trends across mobility segments and contribute to product development.
• Analyze portfolio performance and recommend growth, risk improvement, or product changes.
• Collaborate with Underwriting Support, Claims, Actuarial, and other teams.
