Job summary

AT&T seeks a Principal Sourcing Manager to own and optimize procurement strategies across Mobility suppliers and device programs. You will manage negotiations, lead end-to-end sourcing, and coordinate with Legal, Risk, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Planning to align with product launches and business priorities.

This role requires strong supplier leadership, market insight, and the ability to drive complex negotiations with significant financial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of related experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Preferred experience in the Telecommunication industry.

Responsibilities

• Own negotiation and lifecycle management of supplier agreements, MPAs, LOIs.
• Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies for Mobility suppliers and device programs.
• Lead relationships with Tier-1 and Tier-2 OEM/ODM partners and monitor performance.
• Anticipate risks and ensure sourcing activities comply with policies and regulatory obligations.
• Establish and monitor supplier and commercial performance metrics; prepare executive analyses.
• Lead improvements to simplify sourcing processes and governance.
