Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Principal Leader in Mobility Sourcing to own end-to-end contract negotiations, vendor management, and sourcing strategies for a portfolio of strategic suppliers. The role focuses on delivering cost-efficient, scalable hardware sourcing to support product launches and market competitiveness.

You will partner with Legal, Risk, Finance, Product, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to secure favorable terms, manage risk, and drive value across the mobility ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years of related experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in telecommunications or mobility suppliers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own negotiation and lifecycle management of agreements for mobility suppliers, MPAs, promotions, amendments, and LOIs.
• Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies balancing cost, roadmap needs, supply continuity, and speed to market.
• Lead supplier relationships with Tier-1 and Tier-2 OEM/ODM, monitor performance, and manage commercial terms and invoicing.
• Anticipate and mitigate supply, cost, technical, and regulatory risks affecting launches and performance.
• Establish and monitor supplier performance metrics and provide executive-level updates on negotiations and outcomes.
• Drive improvements that simplify sourcing processes and strengthen governance across mobility sourcing operations.
