Job summary

Brady Worldwide Inc. is seeking an RF Engineer to lead mobility product design within our Mobility Division of Brady Productivity Solutions and Services. You will guide a team of EE professionals, applying advanced RF knowledge to deliver high‑performance, rugged devices.

You will collaborate with partners and customers, mentor junior engineers, and ensure designs meet customer specifications. Based in Milwaukee, WI or Charlotte, NC, this role offers exposure to cutting‑edge wireless tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering degree with 3+ years of RF design experience.
• 3+ years of designing new products from concept to release and support.
• Exposure to cellular/无线 radios (3G/4G/5G), Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, RFID.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers through RF specification, design, execution and certification.
• Work with outside partners to manage the design process and ensure quality output.
• Mentor junior engineers and assess design risk, mitigating where needed.
• Collaborate with marketing to determine customer needs and translate to requirements.
• Present findings to leadership and external customers; drive technical improvements.
