Brady Corp. in Charlotte (or Milwaukee) seeks an experienced RF Design Lead to guide a team through specification, design, and certification of mobility devices. You will collaborate with partners to ensure high-quality outputs across the product lifecycle.

The role requires strong RF engineering expertise, EMI/antenna knowledge, and ability to mentor junior engineers in a dynamic, global context. This is a senior contribution role within our mobility solutions group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering degree with 3+ years of RF design experience.
• 3+ years of experience designing new products from concept to release.
• Exposure to integrating radios such as Cellular 3G/4G/5G, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, or RFID.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers through RF specification, design, execution, and certification of mobility products.
• Collaborate with outside partners, managing design processes and ensuring quality output.
• Lead and resolve complex design challenges via hands-on lab testing and mentoring of extended teams.
• Assess design risk and mitigate.
• Partner with marketing to determine customer needs and requirements.
• Present to leadership and external customers.
