Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time contract position in Stockton, CA. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver restorative therapy to senior participants in a day health center and in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• California PTA License (unrestricted).
• Authorized to practice in California.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized PT treatments and exercise programs as prescribed by the supervising PT.
• Accurately document interventions focused on ADLs, balance, gait, and endurance.
• Assist with vital signs, range of motion, and strength testing.
• Coordinate scheduling, visits, and rehabilitation billing.
