Job summary

Mobilitas, a commercial insurance company created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Program Underwriter. This remote role focuses on programs in the sharing economy and mobility market, including ride-sharing, on-demand, and last-mile delivery segments.

You will lead development, onboarding, governance, and performance management of delegated programs, serving as the primary carrier owner for relationships and driving strategy, pricing, and compliance across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of commercial insurance underwriting or delegated authority/program management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of delegated authority oversight and governance.
• Advanced financial analysis and portfolio management skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Leads program strategy, development & launch with new markets and products.
• Oversees delegated authority governance, oversight frameworks and meetings.
• Manages underwriting stewardship, pricing methodologies and risk controls.
• Owns profitability and performance reviews for assigned programs with targets.
• Maintains client relationships and coordinates with program administrators and internal partners.
• Ensures regulatory compliance of delegated activities and contract governance.
