Job summary

  • Oversees and monitors the mobile application performance and integration within the organization’s systems.
  • Analyzes and reports statistics on all devices within the organization.
  • Maintains and documents current practices, policies, and provides strategic recommendations for improvements and enhanced efficiencies.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide effective IT support.
  • Develops and executes test plans to assess infrastructure and systems performance.
  • Manages and tracks IT assets life cycles for all mobility devices and platforms.
  • Conducts routine security audits and vulnerability assessments on mobile devices and applications.
  • Provides advanced support and troubleshooting for mobile device-related issues.
