Job summary

Saia is seeking a Terminal Operations Manager to oversee daily terminal activities in the Phoenix area. You will implement processes that optimize efficiency, monitor performance, and report to leadership on operational status.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources with service goals and drive continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership, a track record of improving terminal operations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 5+ years of terminal operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management tools.
