Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior UI/Visual Designer for remote engagement to elevate native mobile interfaces across iOS and Android. You will focus on visual execution, design systems, and expert use of Figma while collaborating with product, engineering, and regulatory teams to deliver accessible, brand-consistent experiences for patients and providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 4–6 years of related experience.
• Strong visual design and UI design background focused on native mobile applications.
• Expert Figma skills and experience with design systems.
• Deep understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
• Experience shipping products from concept through launch.
• Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and front-end concepts.
• Strong communication and ability to influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive aesthetically strong visual execution of native mobile products.
• Utilize and contribute to our client’s design system.
• Shape and contribute to UI design strategy to elevate quality across the portfolio.
• Design visual experiences across iOS, Android, Web, and companion surfaces ensuring platform-native fidelity.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary designers, developers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Ensure intended implementation across iOS, Android, Web apps, and other devices with engineers.
• Present design proposals to inform and influence stakeholders.
• Mentor designers through craft feedback and hands-on collaboration.
• Socialize ideas to gain alignment and reach mutually agreeable solutions.
• Promote a positive, collaborative culture receptive to feedback.
