Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a QA Mobile Test Automation Engineer to define and build automated test coverage across web, mobile, and backend systems. The role emphasizes owning the automation strategy, influencing coverage decisions, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams.

You will validate data flows between frontend applications, .NET APIs, and enterprise systems, and drive quality from the ground up with 5+ years of test

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional test automation across UI and API testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience defining and owning a testing strategy across layers and devices/browsers.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall testing strategy across unit, widget, integration, end-to-end, and exploratory testing.
• Determine browser and device coverage based on release risk.
• Build and maintain automated UI test suites for Flutter Web and native mobile apps.
• Execute regression suites on real devices and major browsers via cloud platforms.
• Build automated API and integration tests validating REST APIs and backend behavior.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates.
• Review test code and collaborate with Devs to improve testing practices.
