Job summary

Injective Labs Inc. is seeking a Senior / Tech Lead Mobile App Developer to own and evolve our React Native mobile application for DeFi trading experiences. You will shape architecture, performance, and reliability across iOS and Android.

You will lead end-to-end mobile features, mentor engineers, review code, and collaborate with Product, Design, Backend Engineering, and QA to deliver scalable solutions. Remote-friendly, with autonomous, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building fintech or trading applications.
• Experience with blockchain, Web3, or DeFi.
• Strong proficiency with React Native, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience owning or leading the technical development of a production mobile application.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and performance.
• Experience integrating mobile with backend APIs and services.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and release processes.
• Experience publishing apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of React Native mobile application and drive architecture, scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability across iOS and Android.
• Lead full engineering lifecycle of mobile features from design through testing, release, monitoring, and iteration.
• Build complex functionality using React Native and TypeScript while defining engineering standards and best practices.
• Make architectural decisions balancing product requirements, speed, scalability, and debt mitigation.
• Provide technical guidance through code reviews, discussions, and pair programming.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Own mobile release processes and app health including App Store and Google Play releases and incident investigation.
• Stay up to date with mobile development practices and evaluate new technologies.
