Job summary

CoverageX LLC is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Solutions Architect to bridge business requirements with product engineering for native iOS and Android apps. You will define architecture, module boundaries, and data flows to enable rapid, reliable delivery across platforms.

You will collaborate with executives and product owners to scope initiatives, craft developer-ready tickets, and guide teams through deployment, compliance, and store requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years building and shipping native mobile apps.
• Proficiency in iOS (Swift/SwiftUI/UIKit) and Android (Kotlin/Jetpack) platforms.
• Strong understanding of mobile API design, authentication, and offline persistence.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of native iOS and Android apps, defining module boundaries and DI approaches.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, screen flows, and API contracts.
• Review technical approaches and conduct design reviews for complex features.
• Identify risks, edge cases, and OS fragmentation early.
• Ensure integrations with backend services, CRM, payments, and third-party SDKs.
• Collaborate with leadership and product owners to scope new mobile initiatives.
• Create developer-ready tickets with acceptance criteria and platform-specific behaviors.
• Coordinate release timing, store policies, and minimum-supported OS versions.
• Provide hands-on guidance and unblock mobile developers; contribute code when needed.
• Own release engineering, CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Xcode Cloud), and store deployment.
