Job summary

BravoTECH is seeking a Lead Senior Mobile QA Automation Engineer for an immediate contract opportunity in a hybrid role near Irving, Texas. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of software quality assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
• 5+ years testing mobile apps on iOS and Android platforms.
• Proven experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks (Appium, Espresso, Playwright, Maestro).
• Proficient in Java, Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
• Experience with Git-based repos and branching strategies.
• Familiar with BrowserStack/TestMu for cloud device testing.
• Ability to lead automation initiatives and improve test coverage across teams.
• Strong Agile/Scrum collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for iOS and Android.
• Execute automated functional, regression, smoke, and integration tests; analyze results.
• Perform cross-platform testing to ensure consistent UX and functionality.
• Create automated reporting dashboards and quality metrics for release readiness.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, developers, analysts, and manual testers for coverage.
• Participate in sprint activities to identify quality risks early in development.
• Lead defect triage, verify fixes, and conduct targeted regression testing.
• Plan and conduct UAT with stakeholders and secure final approval.
• Execute post-deployment smoke testing for critical retail workflows.
• Establish automation standards and best practices across QA teams.
