Qualifications

• Track record shipping consumer mobile products.
• Strong product judgment and craft in what you've built.
• Hands‑on experience shipping AI‑powered features in healthcare contexts.
• Fluent analytics and experimentation instincts beyond a standard A/B test.
• Familiarity with lean product development in distributed teams.
• Understanding of behavior change and coaching vs clinical care in regulated space.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of our core app and AI coaching, guiding the entire development cycle from concept to launch.
• Use a hypothesis‑driven approach with market analysis, user testing, and data to create high‑value products.
• Own portions of the product roadmap, translate insights into initiatives and launch plans.
• Lead a sharp measurement practice with meaningful metrics and evidence‑based decisions.
• Define and track success with clear KRIs, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Partner with Enrollment and EHR teams to align on member outcomes.
