Job summary

Consortia is seeking a Senior Mobile Product Manager to own the mobile roadmap and rollout for iOS and Android across a fast-scaling consumer business. You will lead native feature innovation, experimentation, and a data-driven approach to retention and engagement in a remote-first setup across Europe.

You will own the app lifecycle from conception to rollout, collaborate with design, analytics, engineering, and CX, and drive measurable impact on retention and lifetime value.

• Experience leading UX vision for mobile applications.

Are you ready to own and evolve the mobile experience of a business where the app isn’t an afterthought it’s a primary growth engine?

This role gives you end-to-end ownership of the native app for a fast-scaling, consumer business. Far from playing catch-up with web parity, this is about pushing mobile-native innovation delivering real features, retention wins, and product excellence across iOS and Android.

You’ll lead strategy, delivery, and experimentation across the app lifecycle. From A/B testing to personalisation, app store processes to push infrastructure

What’s On Offer:

• €90,000–€100,000 EUR base (depending on experience)

• Fully remote within UK or Europe (must be a UK or EU citizen)
