The role reports to the VP of Engineering and collaborates with Principals, EMs, and VPs to set the technical bar and align platform decisions with business goals. The ideal candidate will contribute hands-on code, influence cross-functional partners, and mentor engineers while expanding the AI-driven SDLC practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• AI-driven SDLC experience with AI-assisted tools for production systems.
• Experience designing large-scale distributed systems across multiple teams.
• Proven cross-organizational technical leadership driving standards and roadmaps.
• Hands-on mobile development experience with iOS/Android.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the mobile platform architecture for iOS and Android.
• Drive mobile modernization and platform decisions.
• Hands-on contributor writing production mobile code.
• Lead architecture reviews and cross-team coordination.
• Mentor engineers and represent engineering in cross-functional discussions.
• Contribute to AI-driven SDLC golden path.
