Senior Mobile Network Solutions Consultant

Location: Seattle, Dallas, KC (Preferred), Other Cities can be considered for top talent

Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned Mobile Network Solutions Architect (on six months contract) with strong field experience working for/with the largest mobile network operator in the US. The ideal candidate has strong E2E domain knowledge (RAN, site design/build/operate processes, E911 site readiness, interworking with NOC, OSS, Core, transport), solid network automation experience using AI/ML/Gen AI, and stellar problem-solving skills. The Architect will be responsible for writing HLD, LLD and PRDs. Location Seattle, Dallas, Kansas City preferred, other US metros can be considered for the best candidate.

Mobile Network Solutions Architect

Role Overview

Mobile Network Solutions Architect (on six months contract) with strong field experience working for/with the largest mobile network operator in the US. The ideal candidate has strong E2E domain knowledge (RAN, site design/build/operate processes, E911 site readiness, interworking with NOC, OSS, Core, transport), solid network automation experience using AI/ML/Gen AI, and stellar problem-solving skills. The Architect will be responsible for writing HLD, LLD and PRDs. Location Seattle, Dallas, Kansas City preferred, other US metros can be considered for the best candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, define, and execute use cases that accelerate automation for field engineer tasks including site design/build/operate/e911 readiness etc.

Lead and drive E2E 5G network automation initiatives across RAN, Core, OSS, IP/Transport

Serve as a technical lead and problem solver on automation initiatives, including AI/ML and Generative AI applications

Act as a change agent by identifying opportunities for transformation and continuous improvement

Interface with stakeholders (engineering, operations, product teams) to align technical solutions with business goals

Create and present architecture documents, HLDs/LLDs/PRDs, and technical proposals with strong communication and articulation

Required Experience & Skills

5G Network Expertise

10+ years in mobile network domain, with recent experience in 5G networks, especially RAN.

Strong hands-on experience of field activities/processes/ tools, e.g. site design, build, field operations, and how the services work is performed for various functions.

Automation & AI

Proven experience in driving network and workflow automation initiatives.

Knowledge of AI/ML and Gen AI use cases in network automation (e.g., anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, automated RCA)

Operator & Tools Experience

Prior working experience with/for T-Mobile USA field organization, market, regions

Experience working with tools used for site readiness, design, build, operate, and NOC.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving

Self-starter, proactive, and collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Certifications in cloud platforms and Agile methodologies are a plus
