Ford’s EVDD team is building world-class, customer-facing mobile experiences for millions of drivers. We are seeking a Mobile Engineering Manager who embraces lean and agile practices to lead teams in delivering high-quality mobile applications.

You will guide technical direction, foster a strong engineering culture, and enable your team to release valuable features early and often, partnering closely with product owners, designers, and engineering leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering teams and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of mobile engineers delivering customer-facing applications used by millions of drivers worldwide.
• Provide technical leadership from product conception through production, ensuring scalable, reliable, high-quality mobile experiences.
• Review and provide feedback on product designs, architectures, and engineering approaches.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging mobile technologies, tools, and engineering practices.
• Establish standards for technical documentation, code quality, testing, and operational excellence.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering leaders to align priorities and deliver customer value.
