Ford App is seeking a customer-centric Mobile Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of mobile engineers delivering world-class, customer-facing applications used by millions of drivers globally.

You will partner with product owners, designers, and engineering leaders to guide technical direction, promote an inclusive culture, and release high-quality mobile experiences early and often.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of mobile engineers delivering customer-facing apps used by millions of drivers.
• Provide technical leadership from conception to production, ensuring scalable, reliable mobile experiences.
• Review designs, architectures, and engineering approaches to guide optimal decisions.
• Evaluate emerging mobile technologies and practices; establish documentation and testing standards.
• Partner with product and design teams to align priorities and deliver customer value.
