Job summary

Fuse Energy, a global energy tech startup, is seeking senior mobile engineers to own end-to-end features from customer-facing apps to internal tools. You will ship on-device AI features using Swift and Kotlin across iOS and Android, collaborating with backend, AI, and design teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on craft and owning end-to-end delivery. We hire globally, and while there is an office in London, candidates anywhere in the world are welcome.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building mobile applications, hands-on with Swift or Kotlin
• Experience extending beyond the client into backend systems
• Demonstrated ownership and able to discuss decisions you drove, not just tasks

Responsibilities

• Build dynamic UI where AI delivers per-customer experiences
• Ship on-device vision models and features that enhance quotes and fault detection
• Make AI native to the product, not just a side window
• Own features end-to-end from architecture to polished UI
• Collaborate with backend, AI engineers and designers
• Uphold high mobile craft, aesthetics, and usability
• Contribute to product direction by exploring the underlying why
