Ryder System, Inc. in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Senior Level Mobile Diesel Technician. You will maintain and repair heavy- and medium-duty vehicles, perform diagnostics, and coordinate with customers for preventative maintenance and repairs.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification in related field preferred.
• Four+ years in advanced mechanical repairs and diagnostics on heavy/medium duty equipment.
• Must meet tools requirement per policy.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers to coordinate preventive maintenance and repair estimates.
• Road test vehicles to identify causes of complaints and ensure quality repairs.
• Perform PMs and vehicle repairs across a range of heavy and medium duty equipment.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and provide excellent customer service.
