Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Vocational/technical certification in related field is a plus.
• Four+ years' experience in advanced mechanical repairs on heavy/medium duty equipment.
• Ability to execute repair orders and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and manage preventative maintenance and repair estimates.
• Road test vehicles to identify causes of complaints and verify repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and a wide range of vehicle repairs.
• Maintain repair documentation in company systems with accuracy.
• Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on every job.
• Participate in training and adhere to safety and compliance guidelines.
