M9 Solutions in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Information Systems Security Engineer (Mobile Device Security SME) to support a government contract on-site. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

You will develop and implement mobile security strategies, assess MDM/EMM deployments, and ensure compliance with NIST, RMF, and FedRAMP. The role involves guiding ISSOs and collaborating with GRC and Security Engineering teams.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or related field.
• 8+ years in mobile security, enterprise security architecture, or SME role.
• Deep understanding of iOS/Android, MDM/EMM, and mobile network protocols.
• Knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks and policies (NIST, EO, FISMA).
• Experience with mobile endpoint security and remote device management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement enterprise-level mobile security strategies and policies.
• Advise on secure mobile device usage, app vetting, and threat defense.
• Design secure architectures for mobile deployments (containerization, encryption, remote wipe).
• Evaluate MDM/EMM solutions (Intune, Workspace ONE, MobileIron).
• Analyze mobile security threats and coordinate remediation strategies.
• Lead security reviews of mobile apps and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with ZTA, EO 14028, FedRAMP, RMF, and mobile policies.
• Integrate mobile telemetry and logs into SIEM and monitoring tools.
• Provide training to ISSOs, system owners, and end users on secure practices.
• Participate in governance meetings and enterprise risk decisions.
• Collaborate with GRC and Security Engineering to enable secure mobile access for remote work and BYOD.
