Qualifications

• Master/Doctoral degree in Human Services required.
• Independently licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/LADC1/LABA) preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and HIPAA/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain licensure/certification as required.
• Participate in Treatment Team Meetings and case conferences.
• Provide crisis intervention and patient risk screening.
• Deliver direct patient care: assessments, counseling, discharge planning, and treatment planning.
• Document daily progress notes and group sessions with timely entries.
• Coordinate aftercare linkage and assist families with access to services.
