Job summary

Fanatics Betting & Gaming seeks a Sr. Staff Mobile Engineer to define and execute multiplatform strategy on Kotlin Multiplatform across Android and shared layers. You will lead architecture decisions, raise engineering standards, and mentor engineers across the mobile org.

You'll own end-to-end features from design through deployment, partnering with design, product, and platform teams to deliver scalable mobile experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years delivering scalable Android apps and leading teams.
• Expert-level Kotlin with coroutines and flows and architecture patterns.
• Strong KMP experience building shared logic at scale.
• Proficient in MVI and reactive patterns across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the multiplatform engineering strategy across Android and KMP layers.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of complex features across platforms.
• Define and enforce engineering standards for the mobile organization.
• Drive architectural decisions for shared code, UI, and state management.
• Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams on contracts and UI components.
• Mentor engineers and lead incident resolution in on-call rotations.
• Model rigorous code reviews to raise quality across codebases.
