Blu Omega Inc. is seeking a Mobile Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain native iOS and Android apps in a remote environment supporting a VA program. You will work with product owners, UX designers, QA engineers, and backend developers across the software lifecycle.

The role emphasizes mobile expertise, SDLC collaboration, and delivery of high-performing, accessible apps with modern UI toolkits such as SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of native mobile development for iOS and Android.
• Proficient with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit and Kotlin for mobile platforms.
• Experience managing dependencies with SPM, CocoaPods, Gradle or Kotlin DSL.
• Familiar with SQLite and structured data in mobile apps.
• Experience integrating third-party SDKs (analytics, auth, push, etc.).
• Proficient in Git-based workflows (GitHub/Bitbucket/Nexus).
• Knowledge of release management, CI/CD and Agile Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain native iOS and Android apps.
• Build responsive, accessible UI using SwiftUI/Jetpack Compose.
• Develop reusable modules and manage dependencies across platforms.
• Integrate apps with enterprise APIs and backend services.
• Contribute to SDLC through code reviews and performance improvements.
• Assist with app deployment, releases, and store submissions.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and backend teams.
