Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a senior mobile architect who will lead design and implementation of an enterprise mobile solution. You will gather technical requirements, shape architecture, and manage cross‑functional teams and vendors to evolve the product roadmap.

The role requires mentoring junior staff and delivering complex integrations, with a focus on scalable mobile platforms across Android and iOS. This position emphasizes hands-on coding and guiding project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five years of work experience in development for enterprise applications.
• Five years of programming in a company environment serving large-scale systems (>5,000 employees).
• Experience with mobile application development for Android/iOS and cross‑platform frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical requirements with cross functional teams and vendors to continuously update the roadmap for mobile application functionality and business needs.
• Develop architecture for an enterprise mobile application solution and support IT projects as a technical expert.

Job Description

This position performs the leadership, programming, and analysis required to develop the architecture given for an enterprise mobile application solution. It requires participation in the gathering and compilation of technical requirements and materials for the following work-related tasks; scope of work definition, project documentation, design specification documents, functional requirements, work effort estimations and other development related deliverables as deemed necessary. Supports the IT team as a technical expert for mobile applications, Information Systems development projects, product integration projects and work requests. Becomes a mentor to junior members of the development and testing team. Supports the development of complex programming or integrations for mobile solutions and leads projects in support of these efforts.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with five years’ work experience in a company setting responsible for development in one or more of the following languages: Springboot, Angular, SQL, XML, JAVA, .Net, JavaScipt or other necessary programming languages.

Five years of programming experience must be in a company environment supporting enterprise level applications with greater than 5,000 employees

Experience with mobile application development a must, Native Android/iOS languages Java, Kotlin, Swift, Cross-Platform Flutter Dart, React Native JavaScript, VS Code IDE

Lead technical requirements with cross functional teams and vendors to continuously update the roadmap for mobile application functionality and business need
