Clariti Cloud Inc. is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to design, build, and scale ML infrastructure powering CivCheck and Clariti’s AI capabilities. You will lead end-to-end ML pipelines, model deployment, and performance optimization in a hybrid, remote-friendly environment.

You will collaborate with researchers and engineers, implement CI/CD for ML systems, ensure reproducibility, and drive cost efficiency across cloud resources. Competitive CAD salary and benefits offered.

Qualificações

• 6–10+ years in software or ML engineering with 3+ in MLOps or ML infra.
• Proficient with Python, C, C++, Bash and ML tooling.
• Experience deploying ML models in production at scale.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes for scalable ML systems.
• Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure) and GPU orchestration.
• CI/CD pipelines and experiment tracking tools (MLflow, W&B, Kubeflow).
• Data versioning, model reproducibility, monitoring strategies.
• Open-source contributions welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines for training, eval, deployment.
• Build infrastructure for training and model serving across clouds.
• Develop data pipelines, labeling, experiment tracking, retraining.
• Collaborate with researchers to productionize POCs and ensure reproducibility.
• Implement CI/CD for ML systems with automated tests and deployment workflows.
• Monitor model health, drift, data quality in production.
• Streamline infra provisioning and data access with engineering teams.
• Drive cost optimization and performance tuning for large-scale training.
• Contribute to internal docs and best practices.
