Job summary

Fractal Analytics is hiring a senior AI/ML Engineer to develop production ML models, including NLP, LLMs, and multimodal AI, translating research into scalable solutions for Fortune 500 clients. You will work on real-time processing, responsible AI practices, and deploying models across large-scale computing frameworks.

Remote work is supported; you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to translate complex analytics into practical business impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, ML, statistics, engineering, mathematics, or a related STEM field.
• 5+ years of experience applying ML to NLP, multimodal RT processing, or related AI domains.
• 3+ years using DL frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• 3+ years developing ML applications.
• 3+ years developing Responsible AI metrics, best practices, and/or solutions.
• 3+ years of solid ML and RL research and development.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing models and methods that extend and improve LLM capabilities and reliability.
• Research, design and implement scalable machine learning models for real-time processing.
• Developing new solutions and science best practices in Responsible AI.
• Developing our research and innovation agenda.
• Defining strategies, priorities, and metrics for technical progress in DL, RAG, LLMs, and Agents.
• Driving adoption of new science and best practices among service teams.
