Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS/CE/Eng or closely related field.
• 5+ years in software engineering building production-grade frameworks or apps.
• Strong multi-language backend experience and scalable architecture.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog.
• DevOps and IaC (Helm, Terraform).
• Experience owning development platforms for internal customers.
• Proficient in Python with exposure to other languages.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale ML infrastructure powering enterprise AI systems.
• Architect infrastructure and automation in AWS and on-prem to support ML apps.
• Lead architectural discussions for the MLOps suite with performance, security, compliance focus.
• Research and implement new MLOps tools, frameworks, best practices.
• Collaborate across ML engineers, data scientists, product, and infra teams.
• Optimize ML workflows for reproducible deployment and monitoring.
• Enforce coding standards, conduct design reviews, mentor junior engineers.
• Automate ML operations including CI/CD, feature pipelines, deployment strategies.
