Job summary

DailyPay is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the ML platform and MLOps initiatives. You will architect and scale our ML infrastructure, delivering robust models in production and collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and product stakeholders.

Expect to own end-to-end ML pipelines, manage AWS-based infrastructure, and drive CI/CD adoption. This role emphasizes security, governance, and collaboration in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, MLOps, or data engineering.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML services.
• Strong Python and ML framework knowledge (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid CI/CD experience and deployment pipeline design.
• Infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Experience with event streaming platforms (Kafka) and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Platform Ownership: architect and build DailyPay's unified ML platform.
• MLOps Architecture & Delivery: design scalable pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Cloud Infrastructure: optimize AWS infrastructure for ML workloads.
• CI/CD Pipeline Development: develop robust pipelines for ML models and infra.
• Monitoring & Observability: design monitoring systems using Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Technical Leadership: guide design decisions and establish team norms.
