Job summary

Paramount is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Operations Engineer in New York. This role will own the operational layer around personalization and recommendation ML systems, ensuring trust in the systems that retrain and deploy regularly. The position involves monitoring model traceability, coordinating post-deployment metrics, and maintaining incident response workflows. Qualifications

• 5+ years in ML engineering, applied ML, or a related ML role.
• Experience operating model registries or production ML pipelines.
• Robust SQL skills for digging into data distributions.

Responsibilities

• Own model traceability and recommend tooling for versioning.
• Build end-to-end monitoring for model metrics and serving latency.
• Own incident response for ML systems and maintain rollback playbooks.
