Job summary

Paramount is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer in New York to lead the development of the Agentic Systems Platform. In this role, you will architect a runtime for autonomous agents, design the MCP Gateway for routing logic, and enhance multi-agent personalization systems. The ideal candidate has 4–8+ years of MLOps or Platform Engineering experience, including familiarity with API Gateways and Kubernetes. Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in MLOps or Platform Engineering.
• Experience with API Gateways (Apigee) and K8s (GKE).
• Background in Agentic Orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Architect the production runtime for agentic systems.
• Design and implement the routing and security layer.
• Develop orchestration patterns using ADK and A2A.
• Monitor and optimize agentic thinking cycles.
• Proactively identify and fix failure modes.
