Grid Dynamics is seeking a seasoned software architect and strategic leader to advance the VLAOps-CMS program for autonomous construction vehicles. You will shepherd end-to-end MLOps, oversee data, training, and simulation activities, and drive executive-aligned roadmaps with clients.

Based in or willing to relocate to Peoria, IL, you will partner with the client and Grid Dynamics leadership to shape architecture, elucidate proposals, and guide cross-functional teams through complex challenges.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in software architecture or leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in MLOps and AI infrastructure across data pipelines, training and simulation.
• Experience advising senior executives and leading client relationships.
• Strong background in autonomous systems and industrial AI domains.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architectural design of the VLAOps ecosystem and ML toolchains.
• Drive strategic client partnerships with executive-level engagement.
• Maintain roadmaps across multiple program tracks and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to overcome advanced technical challenges.
