Grid Dynamics seeks a senior ML/AI engineer to advance a production-grade machine learning solution with cross-functional impact. You will refine architectures, optimize MLOps pipelines, and drive best practices across the SDLC while partnering with the client’s core team to ensure stability and measurable business value.

The role emphasizes ownership, decision-making, and knowledge sharing in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on modern data processing and evolving foundation model

Qualificações

• Proficient in Python and PySpark for scalable data processing.
• Deep expertise across time-series models, gradient boosting/tree methods, deep learning, and foundation models.
• Demonstrated decision-making and ownership with proactive delivery mindset.
• Strong collaboration, knowledge sharing, and initiative across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and business teams to align requirements and deliver solutions.
• Drive MLOps excellence by designing and optimizing architectures and refactoring pipelines for scalability and reliability.
• Enhance SDLC practices to improve solution architecture, code quality, and maintainability.
• Establish and promote best practices within the project team.
• Partner with the client’s core team to rapidly identify and resolve bugs, ensuring stability and performance.
