Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, ML, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• 7+ years building and shipping products powered by ML with ownership of tech and business results.
• Proven track record of growing a business with measurable outcomes such as revenue or market expansion.
• Deep expertise in ML systems and backend distributed systems for scalable production.
• Track record of finding high leverage opportunities in ambiguous spaces and driving business impact.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills aligning customers, product, and leadership around growth.

Responsibilities

• Build ML and backend systems for growth and durability, tackling hard problems.
• Own your vertical end to end: set direction, identify growth, drive key business metrics.
• Move quickly in ambiguity, making strategic and technical calls to win.
• Be a trusted technical partner in important customer relationships to grow the account.
• Build the team and raise the bar so the business scales.
