Trilliant Health in Nashville is seeking a Senior Software Engineer IV for the Machine Learning team to build and maintain data pipelines, web apps, and tooling that turn healthcare data into production-ready products.

You will lead large initiatives, influence architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate with ML engineers and product teams while upholding engineering practices and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience taking ownership of significant software engineering initiatives.
• Experience working collaboratively across engineering and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large initiatives and influence architecture within the ML team.
• Translate product strategy into prototypes and production-quality software.
• Collaborate with other software engineers, ML engineers, and product teams.
• Help develop engineering practices across the ML team and support junior engineers.
