Calico Life Sciences is seeking a machine learning research scientist to develop innovative ML algorithms to model and design proteins. You will work with a team of experimental biologists to design experiments and iteratively refine predictions.

The ideal candidate has experience with state-of-the-art ML techniques (language/sequence modeling, representation learning, generative models) and strong software engineering in Python.

Formación

• PhD in CS or Computational Biology or related field, or MS with 2+ years industry experience.
• Experience applying deep learning to model biological sequences and structures.
• Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or JAX.
• Strong Python and software engineering skills; excellent communication.

Responsabilidades
