Domino’s is seeking a Senior ML Scientist for the Activation and Personalization Data Science team in Ann Arbor, MI. You will build and deploy AI/ML models to power email/push/SMS personalization, drive engagement, and optimize owned media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Master’s and PhD preferred.
• Familiarity with Email Service Providers (SFMC) and Customer Data Platforms is preferred.
• Strong statistical inference skills and AB test experience.
• Proficient Python and SQL skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models, data products, and analytics for customer engagement.
• Own the day-to-day execution and optimization of the Owned Media program.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data Platform teams, and external vendors for test-and-learn initiatives.
• Lead the team to govern and wrangle Owned Media data.
• Evolve measurement frameworks to include opened/clicked rates and unsubscribe metrics.
