Amazon Science, part of Amazon Advertising, seeks an accomplished Applied Scientist to lead ML-driven strategies across recommendation and personalization programs. You will shape the applied science roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver impactful solutions for millions of advertisers.

You will drive end-to-end ML projects, experiment with large-scale data, and deploy models with engineers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of building models for business applications.
• Experience with ML methods and data-driven decision making.
• Strong programming and software development experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead ML projects from planning to production deployment.
• Model development, experimentation, and validation.
• Conduct hands-on analysis of large-scale data to derive business insights.
• Collaborate with engineers to ship models to production.
• Run A/B experiments and statistical analyses to validate models.
• Develop scalable data analysis and model-serving pipelines.
• Explore innovative ML approaches to push boundaries.
