Job summary

Confido in New York, NY seeks a senior MLOps/AI Infrastructure leader to own the ML pipelines and cloud foundation that scale production models and agents. You will design end-to-end pipelines, reproducible environments, and the infrastructure behind training, inference, and agentic workloads at scale across hundreds of thousands of documents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MLOps, ML platform, AI infrastructure, or platform engineering on production ML systems.
• You live at the seam of software and infrastructure: production code and cloud infra experience.
• Demonstrated end-to-end pipeline ownership with architecture, security, and cost trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own ML pipelines end to end — experimentation to production — including training, inference, and agentic workloads.
• Provide reproducible environments and fast paths from prototype to production for the AI/ML team.
• Stand up cloud foundation as Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD that ships ML safely.
• Serve and optimize inference and forecasting workloads, focusing on latency, throughput, and cost.
• Interface with data engineering to serve the right data to models and write outputs back into platform data systems.
• Ensure reliability, observability, security, and privacy by default with production-grade evals.
