Job summary

Confido Health, Inc. is building a platform for AI-driven financial operations for CPG brands. We are seeking an experienced ML Platform Engineer to own and scale Confido's ML infrastructure, pipelines, and cloud foundation in New York City, with relocation support.

The role focuses on end-to-end ML pipelines, reproducible environments, and cost-efficient production systems at scale. You will collaborate with AI teams to productionize models and ensure reliability and privacy in production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MLOps, ML platform, AI infrastructure, or platform engineering on production ML systems.
• Able to write production-grade code and stand up cloud infra.
• Experience delivering end-to-end ML pipelines from data to production.

Responsibilities

• Own ML pipelines end to end—from experiment to production.
• Create reproducible environments and fast paths from prototype to production.
• Stand up cloud foundation as IaC and CI/CD for ML workloads.
• Serve and optimize inference and forecasting workloads (latency, throughput, cost).
• Interface with data engineering to feed models and write outputs back to data systems.
• Ensure reliability, observability, security, and privacy in production.
