Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience building and operating enterprise systems or cloud-native products.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and React for accessible, responsive UIs.
• Experience designing or integrating MCP servers, tools, and agent-facing APIs.
• Applied distributed-systems principles including latency, caching, and autoscaling.
• Practical AI/ML evaluation, quality engineering, and regression prevention.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve MCP servers, tools, and agent-facing APIs with clear contracts.
• Develop frontend experiences in React/TypeScript to expose agent capabilities and tools.
• Create reusable components and design-system patterns for scalable UX across AI-powered products.
• Integrate GraphQL and REST APIs, streaming data, and SDKs into reliable workflows.
• Optimize tool discovery, caching, and context efficiency; reduce tool-call loops.
• Improve performance and reliability with observability, SLOs, and production diagnostics.
