Apartment List is hiring a Senior Software Engineer II (ML Ops) for the Marketplace. You will work across backend and ML infrastructure to power renter matching and search, collaborating with data scientists to deploy models at scale.

You’ll contribute to feature delivery, model serving pipelines, and monitoring while growing depth in ML and software engineering within a globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering or ML Ops experience in backend or full‑stack roles.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full‑stack features across marketplace products (search, ranking, renter UI).
• Support ML Ops infrastructure: model deployment pipelines, feature stores, real‑time data pipelines, monitoring.
