Audible, a leading audio storytelling company, seeks a Senior Applied Scientist to solve real-world problems at scale in ML, NLP, GenAI and distributed systems. You will design end-to-end, production-ready models spanning Content Understanding and recommendations, collaborating with engineers and product teams.

You will drive the scientific agenda, publish findings, mentor others, and push innovative GenAI capabilities across Audible’s platform and services.

Formación

• PhD or equivalent with extensive research in ML/AI.
• Experience deploying ML models to production.
• Experience with large-scale distributed computation.
• Strong publications in top venues preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Understand complex, ambiguous use cases and design scalable ML solutions.
• Collaborate with scientists and software engineers to productionize models.
• Review models to manage risk and improve customer experience.
• Lead end-to-end solutions for Content Understanding, Recommendations and GenAI features.
• Drive initiatives using recent advances in ML/AI/GenAI across teams.
• Mentor scientists and contribute to internal/external publications.
