Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join a highly collaborative AI/ML team supporting Contact Centers and Digital Customer Experience for a major US airline. Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field with 5-7+ years of experience.
• Advanced Python expertise, including production-grade development, modularization, testing, debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization.
• Hands-on experience developing and productionizing Machine Learning pipelines, including model deployment, orchestration, monitoring, and optimization (MLOps).
• Experience building Generative AI applications and applying statistical and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and monitor Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions supporting Contact Center and Digital Customer Experience initiatives.
• Develop scalable data pipelines, ML workflows, and production-ready MLOps processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
• Enhance and optimize existing AI systems while driving new innovation through LLMs, GenAI, and advanced analytics.
