Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Senior Manager of Machine Learning Engineering to lead the team building and scaling ML capabilities across our Ad Platform. You will partner with Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering to translate strategy into a measurable roadmap that improves advertiser outcomes, member experience, and marketplace performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/DS or related field.
• Experience managing and developing ML or software engineers in a product-focused environment.
• Strong background building and operating production ML systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of ML engineers for Ad Platform systems.
• Translate product/technical strategy into roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Define success metrics, experimentation strategies, and priorities.
