Hadrian is building advanced software systems to automate DFM analysis and accelerate precision manufacturing. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will design, build, and scale end-to-end ML solutions, collaborating with engineers and end users to turn data into practical manufacturing insights.

You will own model development lifecycle from data pipelines to deployment, applying OCR, vision-language, and detection models, and combining open-source and novel research to create world-class

Qualifications

• Bachelors in CS/EE/ME or equivalent deep learning experience.
• 5+ years in Computer Vision/ML with end-to-end ML lifecycle ownership.
• Proficiency in Python, OpenCV, SQL, and DL frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).

Responsibilities

• Research, develop and deploy deep learning models including OCR and vision-language models for document understanding and layout analysis.
• Refine current models in collaboration with engineering and end users.
• Build production data pipelines and software systems for training, inference, labeling, and evaluation.
• Combine open-source solutions and novel research to create world-class vision systems for manufacturing.
